ASPEN, COLORADO
March 11th - 15th
From the beach to ski slopes we go! After our amazing trip to Costa Rica, we decided let's switch things up and head to the snowy slopes of Aspen for our next adventure together. If you went to Joshua Tree at the end of January you are already prepared for cold weather so suit up for this incredible time in one of the best places on earth - 'where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I'm talking about a little place called Assssspen!'
We will be around 20-30 Saga people on this trip.
WHAT´S INCLUDED?

Accommodation at a beautiful mountain ranch outside Aspen

All meals, except one dinner, but most likely you will want to eat out
while you ski or are in town so budget for that accordingly -
Beverages including some alcohol
COVID TESTING AND PROTOCOLS
You must have a negative covid test result prior to your arrival in Aspen, CO. Your results should be texted to Scott (310) 483 8754 and show negative within 72 hours of your arrival.
If you already have had covid we accept a recent antibody test. Everyone else PCR test.
We recommend this testing site
There is a place in Aspen for COVID testing if anyone needs a test during the trip.
SCHEDULE
Thursday, March 11th - Arrival, welcome drinks, and buffet dinner at the ranch.
Friday, March 12th - Can choose to ski or head to town, or you can stay on property to snowshoe, hike, hot tub, massage, etc.
4:30 pm - Snack & Drinks
7 pm - Private dinner at the ranch then DJ retro dance party at the house
Saturday, March 13th - Same options during the day as Friday.
In the afternoon head to town for après, shopping, etc
4 pm - Apres at Here House with DJ & dancing
Sunday, March 14th - Same options for during the day as previous days.
3:30 pm - Après Party at Snow Lodge in Aspen
On your own for dinner and will offer suggestions for in town
Monday, March 15th - Departure day
Say your goodbyes and kindly depart by 10:30 am
NOTE: Schedule is preliminary, things are going to be added and might be changed.
FLYING
The fastest route to Aspen is into the Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE). There are direct flights from LA. Otherwise, you can fly into Denver (DEN), Eagle/Vail (EGE), or Grand Junction (GJT) and rent a car and drive to the ranch.
DRIVING
If you rent a car, you will need 4 wheel drive. The address is 840 Elevation Drive, Snowmass. Please try to coordinate with others if driving so we don't have too many cars at the house.
TAXI
If you fly into Aspen and need to taxi to the house, call 970.925.TAXI.
BOOKING
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

This trip is nonrefundable but if you are unable to attend after your booking the amount can be used for a future SAGA trip.

Please purchase transferable, or refundable plane tickets in case of a Force Majeure situation because of Covid.
We will not refund plane ticket costs.
